Quests

The questing system can be confusing, and as to why you would want to do them can also be a mystery. Here is how it works

Quest lines
Quests on the server are grouped into several quest lines. Each quest line has their own unique themed challenges, builds and stories. The quest lines in the World of Ice and Fire are:

  • Stark quest line

  • Lannister quest line

  • Baratheon quest line (Not yet available)

  • Targaryen quest line (Not yet available)

Starting a quest

To start a quest, you need to talk to the quest giver of the wanted quest line. These quest givers are NPCs standing before their house towers in the spawn. When you talk to them they will list all their available quests. Quests have to be done in the correct order, which you can tell by the roman number behind the quest (II or IX etc.). To accept a quest after you have talked to the NPC, you simple type a number in the chat which corresponds to the quest you want to accept.

Example:
1. Slayer of wights (I)
Accept by typing "1" in the chat

Quest stages
There are a bunch of different kind of quest stages, and we will list some of them for you to make it clear what needs to be done in said stages:

  • Deliver items

    • Requires you to obtain the items, and deliver them to the npc to complete the quest. Complete the quest by holding the item(s) and talking to the npc.

  • Break blocks

    • Requires you to break the required blocks. Blocks only have to be broken, not delivered to the npc (unless the quest says otherwise).
Note: Breaking the blocks with a silktouch pickaxe might not give any block-breaking progress.

  • Password

    • Requires you to obtain the correct password in one way or another, and type the password in the chat after talking to the npc.

Armour Sets

You can craft a bunch of custom armour sets. These sets give special effects which give big advantages.

Using an armour set
The effects of each armour set is both listed on the actual armor pieces, and in the sets menu (/help or /sets). For a set bonus to kick into effect, you will have to wear each individual armour piece of the same set. Wearing armour pieces from different sets will not have any effect.
